Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unused luggage in its original box with all hangtags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
